Downloaded Director of Property Management Agency seeks suspension of minister Hadziu's decision

Through a media report, he says his complaint concerns the completely political and arbitrary decision of this commission, as he says, initiated and dominated at all times by Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu.

“Day, 18th May 2020, I have submitted it to the Independent Council of Kosovo Civil Service, my complaint to the Ministry of Justice, respectively, the Government's Disciplinary Commission for the High Steering Position, which at the beginning of this month took unfair decision to disrupt my work relationship with the AAPCS.

He has stressed that in his complaint he has presented legal and professional arguments to the unfair move of this commission and Minister Haxhiu, who has also committed procedural and anti-legal violations all the time until the verdict is taken in question.

“This decision has been made with completely groundless assumptions and claims and it essentially constituted an arbitrary and illegal intervention of the minister towards the agency that we have built with continued assistance from the US government, the Great Britain and the European Union since the beginning (year 2011) and we have strengthened and professionalised its work continuously, and to date, for the implementation of Kosovo courts' decisions in the battle against organised crime in our country and the region. Therefore, as can be seen in my complaint, I have asked the Independent Council of Civil Service of Kosovo for the Albulan Hadziu Commission's decision to be annulled”, the report said.
