The Director of the Confiscated Property Management Agency is dismissed

The Disciplinary Commission for High Level Positors has pronounced the disciplinary measure “Disconnection of the work relationship” against Rama, director-general of the Agency for the Management of Secuested or Confirmed Property.

The news has made it known to incumbent Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, who has also given the reasons she feels they have led to his dismissal.

It through a Facebook post has said that cutting off the labour relationship for the director in question due to mismanagement, nonprofessionalisation, lack of transparency, and unwillingness for co-operation in carrying out legal duties. She also held that the same one had been illegally chosen.

On April 7th 2020, we have initiated the disciplinary procedure against the Director General of the Agency for the Property Administration or Confiscated.

On April 17, 2020, the government made a decision to establish the Commission for the review of the case.

Today, it was announced that on the basis of our findings, the Disciplinary Commission for the High Level Positents, has pronounced disciplinary measure “Disabilisation of the labour relationship” for the director of this Agency, due to mismanagement, nonprofession, lack of transparency, and inefficacy for carrying out its legal duties.
