The death of young man from Gjilan: Konjufca blames Lutfi Haziri for bypassing institutions in Kosovo

Regarding the young man's death in Gjilan, incumbent Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca says 24 hours have been announced late. He has said that Lutfi Haziri is engaged as mayor for the return of the young man from Germany, bypassing the necessary procedures.
