RTV head Dukaagjini has said that in only three cases the constitution forces the country's going to elections.
“In the first case, the Parliament is distributed if the candidate for prime minister cannot form the government within 60 days. The second is whether the president can't be elected within 60 days [after passing the prime minister's mandate]. The third Parliament is distributed when, for this act, they vote 2/3 of deputies”, he said.
The former Kosovo Constitutional Court member says the distribution of the Assembly is not binding after the successful motion of no confidence.
Kryeziu says destructive and constructive notions do not appear in the Kosovo Constitution.
Former Kosovo Constitutional Court member says within a four-year term a Parliament can elect five governments.
He says there have been cases when it happened in Kosovo within a mandate of Parliament to elect more than two governments.
“When Ramush Haradinaj resigned has been elected prime minister, Bajram Kosumi and then Agim Ceku”, Kadri Kryeziu said, among other things.
