The deadline has passed for submitting comments on the provisional measure of decree by President Hashim Thaci to Avdullah Hoti of the LDK for prime minister.
On Thursday, the Vetevendosje Movement submitted the complaint to the Constitution, while on Friday morning, a day before the session warned by the LDK for the vote in the Assembly, the Constitutional Court gave the parties deadline for comments on the appointment of the interim move by 12:00.
None of those involved in this case have publicly announced whether they have submitted comments to the Constitutional.
