Some media reports during today concerning claims that the Constitution has already made a seven-vote decision in favour of the president's decree caused major reactions to the opinion, but also to government officials, the news writes.net.

According to the same, this court has made a decision against the president, with seven votes to, and that it will pave the way for the formation of the new government, without Vetevendosje in it.

However, these reports and claims have been called inaccurate “by the Constitution itself.

In a response to news.net from this court it has been said that the verdict has not yet been taken.

These are incorrect news and do not stay. The court has not yet decided”, says the Constitutional response to news.net.

After today's media report, reactions from government officials followed.

It was Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, who said she felt worried about how the Court verdicts come to the media, yet without being officially published.

Haxhiu even, although the news had not been confirmed, said that fact shows that the Constitution is not independent.
