On the basis of this, the Constitution will offer Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje a 10-day ultimatum (or two weeks) to come up with new proposals for mandated/Prime Minister and a new coalition partner from parliamentary parties.

This subject is currently under priority. The merit ruling in terms of demand as a whole will be made after the Court examines all constitutional aspects of the interest parties' claims in this case.”, the Constitutional Court for Periscope has said.
We remember that the Constitutional Court on 1 May decided to suspend President Hashim Thaci's decree following the complaint filed by the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement.
Otherwise all political parties have voiced opposition to holding elections other than the Vetevendosje Movement, where, according to them, elections are the right form for creating the new government. S. B/Periscope/
