The world's deepest gold mine, Mponeng, in South Africa, has stopped working, as 164 miners have proved positive with Avid-19.
Last month, miners returned to work after they had stopped in March, after the first cases of coronaryism. The mine functioned with a capacity of about 50%, but after the appearance of cases many employees raised concern over their safety.
Most of those who proved positive were asmptomatic. According to mine owners, all persons who have proved positive have entered isolation, the BBC writes.
South Africa is the state with the majority of Corleone cases in Africa, with 21 thousand and 343 people resulting positive, of which 407 have passed away.
