Albania's Foreign Minister, Gent Cakaj, has just finished his speech at the meeting called by the Estonian Headship of the Security Council to negotiate global security since the end of World War II.
Cakaj, along with his speech to Albania and its work on international organisations, in a speech that should necessarily last only five minutes, has called on all members of the United Nations to recognise Kosovo's independence and accept Kosovo in the United Nations.
It is noteworthy that he has also submitted Albania's candidacy today to become non-per both members of the Security Council for 2022-23.
However, despite this challenge and responses that may come from Serbia, China and Russia, Cakaj has decided to support the Republic of Kosovo in gathering UN members.
