Behramay: unconstitutional measures do not apply for “forests and fatos” of Vetevendosje Movement

President Thaci's adviser, Adil Behraj, has said the tragedy of the young man from Gjilan is not politicising, but is being sought institutional responsibility by those who have not left tragedy without politicising.
