Mufti Naim Ternava has delivered his message on behalf of the Islamic Community in Kosovo.
He has said he has mixed feelings like never before because this message is being delivered without jams to the Great Mosque in Pristina due to the risk of spreading the Devi-19 pandemic, Klan Kosova reports.
The winter has invited citizens to have patience for this great day for all Muslims until the danger passes, avoiding family visits with a view to maintaining health.
“I'm in front of you today with mixed feelings like I've never been before because it's the first time I've been looking at you without jams. Today, however, Muslim believers have reason to feel happy because they celebrate one of the most important holidays in Islam”.
The “Fasting during the holy month of Ramadan is fundamental to Islam. By means of this self-fulfilling ibadet... trust manifests.
After performing this charity, the believer has reason to feel happy and happy. There is reason to celebrate with family members because he has carried out an order of Allah”.
He has stressed that this year's fast has been different from other years.
We've been forced to be isolated in our homes”
All these poor decisions have been made in the best interests of public health because this is also a duty in our religion. It's a command from God that addresses us by saying, "Don't even risk your life."
I understand the feeling of believers who are not in the mosque today to forgive Bajram. This reality presents an unpleasant feeling, but it is a must for public health”.
On behalf of the Islamic Community in Kosovo, Ternava has congratulated all believers on Fiter Bajrami's holiday, praying to Allah to accept their ibads.
On this day Bajrami invites you to be patient for a while until the danger passes. I invite you to avoid family visits just to maintain our health”.
Pray in your homes, pray, celebrate, wish each other with communication tools. I wish God we could get back to normal one.
