Application of interest and fines for not paying property tax

The acting minister of finance and transfers, Besnik Bislimi, made a decision on suspending the application of interest and fine for failing to pay property taxes by the end of this year.
“Support Rule No. 0520 for the Administrative Authority Fields of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers, with the goal of implementing the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to take additional measures after confirming the positive cases with Corona Virus COVID19, the Minister of Finance and Transfers has made a decision to suspend the application of interest (came) and fines for failing to pay taxes on real estate, by 31 December”, the Ministry of Finance and Transfers reportedly.
Based on this decision, the Property Tax Department is binding on the Ministry of Finance and Transferences and Property Tax Offices of Kosovo for implementation of this decision.
