MSH, in an answer to TIME, says they have instructed citizens to be careful and avoid situations that expose them to a danger such as COVID-19.

Kosovo's “Ministry of Health and Islamic Community throughout the holy month of Ramadan have maintained continued contacts in order to spend this month on a commitment to preserving one another's health and implementing recommendations of the National Public Health Institute regarding the RS-19” pandemic, the MSH says.

During the day, Islamic Community Chairman Naim Ternava also called for increased care on Bajram's day, and that Bajram's pardon will not be done at the mosque and also appealed to avoid family visits.
Tomorrow we have a party, which comes after the end of the month of the Ramadan fast, because of the pandemic we will not be able to establish the prayer of Bajram, so I invite you all to keep the religious character of Bajram in your homes with families, near your loved ones. I order you to avoid traditional visits to Bajram because the threat from the pandemic has not yet passed, while we by our actions and discipline can cause this virus to weaken and as soon as we declare victory over this pandemic”, Trnava said.
