Albin Kurti's Vete-Findo, Kosovo Justice's Historic Decision

Pristina Constitutional Court has published the verdict: Kosovo must be governed by the parliamentary majority and there is no need for early elections.

For all political fans of parties in Tirana or Pristina I am giving some arguments why the Kosovo Court decision was constitutional, legitimate, historical and lecture on hot heads in Tirana and Pristina:

Because with this decision closes any space for the destabilisation of Kosovo. To clarify it for all citizens who have no legal knowledge. A reverse decision could leave Kosovo 10 years without government. So if it were to go to the elections, and the result if it was again that no party could reach 51% would need a choice again. Choices again... No limits.

Because the state governs the majority, not minorities.

Vetevendosje was voted 26% and officially 74% are considered against it.

Because Albin Kurti himself four years ago when he was the leader of the opposition had declared that elections are not race by horse or by train. It is not the first party to establish the government, but the majority of sovereigns. Albin Kurt can't keep two standards. Unlike the opposition and the government.

Because in any international practice, governments are created by parliamentary majoritys and coalitions, not by the minority party with a quarter vote that does not accept co-operation with any party.

Because constitutions do not change every four years according to Vetvendosje's mood. When it is the opposition not to be the prime minister from the first party, and when it comes out first, it does not let go even by force.

Because this parliamentary vacuum strengthened international opinion that Albanians cannot create state.
Albin lost a total of 250 days: 100 days of shopping with Isa Mustaf with the division of the power table, plus 50 days governing by debates and arcarchies by Corona virus, plus 100 days fired.

Because the Constitutional Court did not take any part in government pressure, neither in protests, nor from embassies, but made a legal and independent decision.

Because the fever of Vetvendosje's power was stronger than the Etiquette of Covid 19, so much as became the state in Europe alone that did not declare extraordinary conditions, fearing that Albin Kurt's power might be weakened.

For all these reasons, the Kosovo court ruling will be remembered as the key that will shake the mouth and appetite of Albanian leaders that Kosovo can only vote-only governments.

Kosovo cannot go to the elections whenever the first party passes 51% because it can happen 30 times in a row and for the sake of a person will not burn a state.

I know some political ignorant people will say that the wing of war has pressured the Court. They may also accuse Donald Trump of his envoy to Kosovo, but in this debate, those who accuse America or the KLA, in the best case, are ungrateful and in the worst case are Belgrade spies.

The constitutional court's victory sealed self-rule for its programme as well.
Promises of national unity or red flag were forgotten.
The only law they adopted in 250 days of government was marriage to men by legalising homosexuality in Pristina.

Unfortunately, self - determination had forgotten the colors of the flag it promised.
Yesterday they crossed the rainbow but not the border with Albania.
