British but international media have fixed the picture of Albanian nurse Nelvina Selmani, where she looks smiling as she responds to British respect and gratitude with applause.

Albanian nurse's photograph has already taken a world lap, from BBC television coverage ITV, SCY NEWS, The Telegraph, The Guardian, Visuals The Daily Mail, The Sun, Reuters and as far as China, China Daily.

Nevila Selmani, like many Albanian doctors and nurses, has made a valuable contribution, with an admirable modesty, to coping with pandemic in Britain.

She is educated and employed in one of London's best-known private hospitals, but exercised her profession temporarily on the frontline of the British National Health Service (NHS), at London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
