Political analyst Faton Abdullahu has spoken of the possible decision regarding the mandate of forming the government, which is expected to give the Constitutional Court 29 May.
Abdullahu said in Info Magazine in Kosovo Clan that the Constitutional Court is being pressured.
There are indicators and facts that make me worry and say that maybe in different forms that are becoming some kind of mixture not to pressure those judges. They're professionals, they're family. If we have access to that if the court doesn't make a decision that conflicts with me, I'm gonna revolt, then that's worrying”
He added that removing the fences from the government court is another form of threat to the Constitution.
“is not easy to determine what is dropping pressure and threats. But tension is also rising in various forms, like the removal of government fences. That means that if you bring us a decision that doesn't suit us, we're easier off being around you. Pressure is also when it says I accept the decision whether the Constitutional Court is with me “.
