Demalaj says it is now known that pressure on the Constitutional Court is making the party currently in power.
He says the very fact that for any events related to the Constitutional Court, the incumbent prime minister reacts, and the president is pressure on the Constitution.
The AAK MP, however, has a <x0 selection” that, according to him, would stop pressure on the Constitutional Court.
I think that a professional act on the part of the Constitutional Court would stop speaking to all political actors in Kosovo. I consider it to be a very long time available to the Constitution. Once the government's dismissal, then the time President Thaci gave Mr. Kurti to extract the warrant, then the removal of the other mandate. It took two months and in Kosovo on this issue people who are not summoned to the job”.
Demaliyay says, however, that this decision will be a good front for the future, as we have not seen such a case so far.
