28 years of first election where Ibrahim Rugova was voted for president

28 years earlier, Ibrahim Rugova had marked the deepest political victory in the organised parliamentary and presidential elections.

This day, former Rugova Councilman Muhamet Hamiti has recalled, who has said frustration, bribery and opportunism in political behaviour are in organic dispute with authentic Rugovism.
