According to the ZKA, this has contributed to financial damage to prisoners, so they have recommended that those responsible for managing prison money in case of their release return their money. The ZKA report quoted the first paragraph of Article 131 of the Law for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, under which, “following release, the convicted person is given all things and personal items that he has been preserved from the correctional institution, his savings, and the money he has accepted during the time of his sentence of”.
