On May 21st, Kosovo's first direct flight

Italy's ambassador to our country, Nocila Orlando, confirmed that Kosovo's first direct flight - Italy will be realised on 21 May.

Orlando said that during the period when borders were closed, all those who needed to return to Italy have been helped.

Great news! We have overcome all obstacles and Kosovo's first direct flight begins on 21 May. During the isolation we secured the return, through Tirana, of all Italians who sought help. This would facilitate things, including Kosovo workers returning to their jobs”, Orlando wrote on Twitter.

Otherwise, Kosovo decided to close air and land borders due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
