According to opposition officials, there are about 20 schools in this municipality that are led by task officers and that those have more than a year since passed the regular mandate.
The head of the LVV Council Group, Ventnis Lahu, says they have asked the directors to be elected with full mandate, but that this did not happen, the KOHA broadcasts.
Keeping schools with task guides in our municipality is a phenomenon now and a year. The LVV has consistently opposed these acts of the OSCE and has called for directors to be elected with full mandate on the basis of professional criteria. But, unfortunately, this has never been taken into account”, the Countrynis Lahu has expressed itself. “Current school principals, especially UD selected by their capacity for work as a lobby machine for electoral campaigns and not according to managerial and professional skills, but also through them to accommodate party militants in various positions in our municipality's educational system”.
Adviser Lahu says the lack of professional directors and full mandate also affects the learning process.
“Being under temporary contract, the director's task officers are under constant pressure for the workplace, and this certainly reflects negatively on their work within educational institutions”, he has said.
Even according to adviser from PDK ranks Rafet Llapashtica, the failure to elect regular directors is done for political purposes.
