According to the institute, day-to-day clouds of countries will be accompanied by local rain rigs.
The thermometers will mark positive values in both extremes, the minimum between 3-4 degrees Celsius, while maximums are projected to move between 9-12 degrees Celsius. It will blow mainly from the southeast at 1-6m/s”, says the institute's announcement.
