Acting Health Minister Arben Vitita has thanked the chief of the EU Office in Pristina, Nataliya Apostolova, for continuing support the EU is providing at the time when our country, like the whole world, is facing the Covid-19 pandemic, where 145 cases have so far been confirmed.
He has said that Kosovo's society urgently needs an immediate response from all Kosovo authorities, and only with a spirit of co-operation and solidarity can be overcome together with the effects of coronary pandemic.
Kosovo's “Society, like the majority of those in Europe and around the world, is facing an unprecedented health crisis that urgently needs an immediate response from all Kosovo authorities, co-ordinated with the response and co-operation of all its citizens. Only with one spirit of my cooperation and solidarity can we overcome the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic together. I especially highlight the importance of extending to the most sensitive and isolated communities, which are particularly undignified in access to essential services and supplies with necessary necessities,” writes Vitita on Facebook.
