Thaci writes to Kurt: You didn't send my name, I'll start discussions with other parties.

In this letter Thaci informs Kurti that since his party (VV) has not submitted the name of the new mandate, then he will start consultations with other parties.

Thaci tells Kurt further that he will act on the competencies that are guaranteed.

I need to remind you that, in accordance with the constitutional mandate, it is my responsibility to preserve the stability of the country and guarantee the democratic functioning of the institutions”, it is said further.

Hence, writes Thaci, in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitutional Court and Act on Case No. K01/03/14 will hold joint consultation with all leaders of parliamentary political subjects for further steps.
