The Thaci-Mustafa meeting is taking place after the president ended up having with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Isa Mustafa is accompanied by Secretary Arba Abashi and MP chief Arben Gashi.
The president's office has announced that the invitation has been sent to all parliamentary parties for consultation on further steps after the Parliament gained confidence in the Kurti government.
After this meeting is expected to reach chairman PDK, Kadri Wessel.
