Neither Thaci nor Kurti: Latifi shows who divided Kosovo's north?

A fierce debate has opened up in recent days in our opinion, in which the relatively multi-arranged Mitrovica division guilty. Vetevendosje has accused President Thaci and others, while recently after Kurti's failure to act on the Serbian quarantine of the two northern municipalities, the incumbent prime minister has been charged. But philosopher Blerim Latifi [...]
But philosopher Blerim Latifi claims that not even Mr. Thaci and not Mr. Kurt did not split the north in 1999, and 2020, respectively.
He considers these statements “party partners”, which the sole purpose is to get votes in the upcoming electoral elections, expected to be premature, writes Periscopi.
Mr. Latifi has another explanation regarding the North division, which relates to Kosovo's emptying of Serb civilians in just 1999.
The process of integrating the Serb community has been a fundamental part of the project for citizenship and Kosovo.
The following is the full status of Mr. Latif:
Until the Serbian Army was about to leave Kosovo in June 1999, NATO was facing sharp criticism, in which it was charged that until it had stopped ethnic cleansing of Albanians, it was doing nothing to prevent Kosovo's pouring out of Serb civilians, who, fearing Albanian revenge, were fleeing along with their army. As a result, the protected north zone that began on the bridge over Iber, Mitrovica, developed. Belgrade then used this area to establish its parallel structures there, which had a single mission -- countering Pristina's authority by all means. This is all true, while the stories that Hashim divided the north in 1999 and Albin in 2020 are nothing more than party bullshit, which is just for electoral accounts.
