President Thaci is grateful to Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan and Turkey “that have come to our aid”, in the situation created by Ovid-19.

“Today we accept a package of Turkey's medical aid that will help in the battle against COVID-19. This is the first aid from abroad to reach Kosovo. We are grateful to President Erdogan, the state of Turkey and the Turkish people, who have also come to our aid at this severe time, which we will together overcome”, has written Thaci on Facebook.

Otherwise, days ago, Norway has donated about half a million euros to Kosovo for the purchase of respirators, while Switzerland has donated 500 thousand francs.

Kosovo received assistance from world organisations like U NICEFIA.
