Telekom's chief chief, Bedri Istrefi, at the conference during the day called the gathering today illegal. According to him, this meeting is contrary to Telecom status.
The incumbent government has dismissed two members of the Acting Board of Directors of the Central Public Company at “Kosovo Telekom”.
Luljeta Elezaj and Teki Shala have been elected as members of this board on March 6th this year, with proposals by the first deputy prime minister, Avdullah Hoti.
The decision on the dismissal of the two members has been taken at the task force's meeting, while reportedly, they have been replaced immediately.
“While with another decision approved by the Government at today's Assembly of the Government of Kosovo have been dismissed by two members of the International Board of Central Public Company Directors at “Kosovo Telekom”, Luljeta Elezaj and Teki Shala, who have been replaced by Ahmed and Hekuran Nikci”, says in the statement.
