Former Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has written on Facebook that today, as we mark the Constitution's Day, we should also assess the trajectory of our institutions for its implementation, which he says, recently the tradition of respect for the condition is being passed by the prime minister to dismiss Albin Kurti.
According to Tahiri today, Kurti would have to apologize for the anti-the Constitutional actions, not for the epitrine to it.
Tahiri's Facebook mailing:
It's not just the dimension of judicial primacy to other acts, what makes our Constitution a stable and almighty instrument, but they are the highest principles of democracy, the legitimacy of power, and the preservation of human rights what do this Constitution, our daily reference, and what it is worth as a legal act.
Today, as we mark the Day of Constitution, we must assess the trajectory of our institutions that have acted on its basis, which through it have enabled the establishment of the Republic to the rank of a contemporary, democratic and progressive state. But recently, the tradition of respecting the principles of the Constitution is overwhelming outgoing Prime Minister Albin Kurti. This outgoing prime minister, who violated the constitution several times deeper, was today entitled to apologise for anti-religious actions and not to commit epithets to it.
But he cannot do that today. With a Facebook post, Albin Kurti testified that his view of our constitution, such as a <x0-venghyne” meaningless, uneven and flawed, is his own source of instigation to crush it with both legs. Therefore, he not only violates its procedures, but, by violating its procedures, he triumphantly violates the liberal order that our constitution has pronounced. This deliberate concept of the Constitution of our Republic, through a Marxist plain that views laws as building instruments of rule, today is the dominant view of this deceitful prime minister. So that's what we have prime minister so far. But however, the Constitution is bigger and more powerful than a fraudulent outgoing prime minister.
So congratulations on the Day of the Constitution!
