As this country is entering the second month of quarantine, like Kosovo, companies that were unable to operate can now continue their work, and this has sparked criticism from regional leaders who fear a revival of the pandemic, writes The Guardian, the Periscope.
Most Spanish citizens, however, remain isolated in their homes. Shops, money and public spaces will remain closed until at least April 26th.
