I was reflecting the parliamentary Commission's stance on Legislation and Justice, but since Mrs. Osmani did not let me finish my speech on the Commission's opinion, that is not my position, it is the position of the commission's member deputies. She actually read a conclusion of the Commission that was not ours was a draft, not a draft of the Commission. That draft she read was not the Commission's decision, it was another document. Such practice, to prevent MPs from expressing freely in the Assembly, is not good practice for democracy.
