According to these statistics, the overall harmonised consumer price index was higher for 0.7% in March 2020, compared to March 2019. This is largely explained with the rise of consumer prices in this period in COICOP subgroups.

The Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) publishes “The harmonised Consumption Prices” (IHÇK) for March 2020, base year 2015=100.
Monthly inflation measured by the harmonised consumer price index was (-0.1%) in March 2020 compared to February 2020. This is largely explained with the decline in consumer prices in the COICOP subgroup: use of personal transport equipment
(-6.4%) HINA (reat of oil and gasoline prices) with an impact of this subgroup of (-0.5%) on IHCK.
While prices rise in subgroups: bread and cereal (0.2%); meat (0.4%); tree (7.2%); sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and candy (1.6%); alcoholic beverages (2.1%); clothing (2.4%); goods and services for regular household economy maintenance (1.5%), with a combined effect of these subgroups (0.4%) on IHCHC. As well as changing prices of products and services in some subgroups, without any impact on IHCH.
The annual inflation rate, measured in March 2020 by March 2019, was 0.7%.
The overall harmonised consumer price index was higher for 0.7% in March 2020, compared to March 2019. This is primarily explained with the raising of consumer prices in this period of COICOP subgroups: bread and cereal (2.0%); meat, cheese, eggs (2.0%); oils and fats (2.5%); sugar, jam, milk, chocolate, and candy (4.4%); different food products, salts, spices, etc., (4.2%) coffee, tea and kakao (10.8%); water, non-alcohol drinks, from trees and vegetables. (17%), electricity and other fuels (0%).
While the price drop is seen in subgroups: vegetables (-13.7%); clothing (-0.9%); use of personal transport equipment (-7.5%) ) ) (remains of oil and gasoline prices), transportation services (-2.7%) ) . As well as changing prices of products and services in some subgroups without any impact on IHCH.
