Through an announcement this office has indicated that the incumbent prime minister has not consulted the president as foreign policy leader, accusing him of violating “hierarchy constitutional”, KoHA writes.
The dismissed “prime minister is delegated by the votes of the absolute majority of the people's representatives in the Kosovo Assembly and cannot make pledges on behalf of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, nor in the name of a outgoing government”, the Presidency announced. According to the president's office, “and the list of delegation proposed by the outgoing prime minister remains a personal wish and nothing more”.
Even though incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said he is committed to developing a continuous and continuous process of dialogue with Serbia.
