President talks to Quint, EU ambassadors about developments in Kosovo

At this meeting attended by the US ambassador, the ambassador of Great Britain, France, Germany and Italy, as well as the chief of the EU Office in Kosovo, President Thaci has thanked all states for the support they have given Kosovo in facing the pandemic of the COVID19 virus and has expressed condolences to victims in every country.
“We are all together fighting pandemic and we must all co-operate, in Kosovo, in the region and in the world”, said President Thaci.
The head of state also spoke of political developments and requirements he addressed to Vetevendosje Movement chairman as the winner of last October 6th elections last year to propose a candidate for Kosovo's prime minister, following the vote on no confidence in the Kurti Government.

He added that any step he takes will be in line with the Constitution and the laws of the country, with its own practice and the will of political parties represented in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
