We have taken all measures to prevent any exits from designated areas as quarantine or other restricted areas. However, citizens who in this case could call themselves unconscious have found alternative ways to get out of this area and we have been co-ordinated with other regions bordering either Malisheva or with the area covering the Regional Police Directorate in Gjakova, and only today we have 7 arrested, which have left the isolation area”, he said.
