philosopher Latifi means new LDK government can have very long life

Renowned Kosovo philosopher and daily policy analyst Blerim Latifi has recently made a Facebook post on which he makes a very interesting prediction about a government that would be led by the LDK, but he would have followed him AAK, Nisman, AKR and minorities. According to Mr. Latif, this government as first work [...]
According to Mr. Latifi, this government as a first and last job would have the management of the final Kosovo-Serbia agreement, although the term “administration” is a bit vague. In fact, all future Kosovo governments would have to manage such an agreement, which means Latifi thinks as a long-lived government.
However, he is skeptical about reaching the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia this year because of the trouble the new choreography has created, Covid-19.
We remember that the United States has denied there is a secret agreement on territorial exchange, but have encouraged the parties to sit at the negotiating table as soon as possible.
Mr. Latif:
A new government under the direction of the LDK is made to do a first and last job: managing the final Kosovo-Serbia agreement. If we're going to have this deal this year, it's hard to say, consider the global turmoil that the coronavirus caused.
