“With at least 82 votes against, the Kosovo Parliament and its deputies delivered a clear message not only against Mr Kurti's government, but also Kosovo Assembly Speaker Mrs. Osmani, who was a staunch supporter of this government and against the” motion, wrote Ismaili.

Tutje Ismaili has written that “has since been made public by statements by both divorced coalition government partners, one of the main causes of the government's collapse has been the violation of Kosovo's strategic relations with the American ally. And at this point Mrs. Osmani has played his own role in the past as part of the rumours that have come out against the demarcation agreement, which, at the time, was strongly supported by Obama, Biden, Kerry and every senior representative of the American state when they talked about Kosovo”.
