PDK is analyzing Government's decision to send it to Constitution

Following the failure and withdrawal of the resolution on an emergency package, the Democratic Party of Kosovo is considering its goal as well as its two bills has only been to secure legal grounds to come to the aid of citizens in meeting with the pandemic, Covid 19.

PDK Parliamentary Group chief Bedri Hamza at a media conference said the PDK has not withdrawn the two bills from the procedure and that it will continue pushing them forward.

There is no possibility that much of the proposed measures will be implemented without legal bases being established. The goal was to create it”, he said.

Hamza also had criticism of the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League.

The Vetevendosje movement did not participate. They have created the impression that everything can be done without law. While LDK did not have the will for those bills”, he said.

The hamza questioned by Kosova Press is announcing the government's decision yesterday to limit the movement to submit it to the Constitutional Court. /
