The country's former president, and simultaneously New Kosovo Alliance Chairman Behgjet Pacolli, has not yet discussed with anyone about forming the new government. However, Pacolli does not want to take the minister into the new government.
The Express report teaches that Pacolli has so far not talked to any of the parties that tend to form the new government because they have numbers.
The Democratic League of Kosovo has nominated for future prime minister, former deputy prime minister of government in office, Avdullah Hoti.
And to form the government, The LDK is negotiating with the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AKR) and the Initiative.
In last year's October elections in Kosovo, the Initiative and Behgjet Pacolli's AKRUG competed together, where they won a little over 5% of the vote, enough to take seats in the Assembly.
The Express newspaper has reported that the initiative will receive two ministries in Hoti's next government, while coalition partner AKR wants no minister at all.
