The World Health Organization (OBSH) recommends that adults take at least 150 or, better yet, 300 minutes of moderate - intensity physical aerobic activity to increase the body's ability to fight risks from heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer and depression. This advice is even more important during a pandemic.
