According to Osmani, such a request has been made by the Kosovo Assembly Administration.
A procedural clarification, I saw in the media, has different reactions regarding a decision to circulate MPs, I would like to announce that as the head of the Assembly I have made no request from the institutions responsible for the distribution of MPs. Of course, we all know that the MP's mandate is free and non-binding, but I also feel it as an obligation to announce that there have been demands by several parliamentary groups and indigenous deputies, then included the Kosovo Assembly Administration to contact the administration and other responsible institutions due to the quarantine of several municipalities including Pristina”, she said at the start of the session she initiated. PDK.
“From the administration has been addressed to the institutions responsible primarily to the police and then to the interior environment. It's not a request sent by me as head of the Parliament, but I've been notified today that there was a demand for relief in circulation”, Vjosa Osmani said.
Today's Seanca initiated by the PDK has signed 48 MPs, while at the beginning of the session, the speaker Osmani said 75 MPs are in the hall, enough to start the works.
