Kurt's initiative for funding from the diaspora is improvised. Furthermore, such an initiative would have to be analysed and studied, but only Parliament can do this job.
Kosovo today is in a different situation and is not managed by such initiatives.
What should be considered urgently is budget replanning. The Kosovo budget has been adopted at a different time and regardless of the situation that, violently, is imposed by the pandemic.
Therefore, today parliament must sit down and re-planate the budget in line with the new needs and mode of operation caused by the pandemic.
Today everything works under extraordinary circumstances and therefore the budget needs to be adjusted to this situation!
