Nguthman Jasharaj activated: Now he wants retired teachers not to retire

They are seeking to issue a decision that education workers who have reached age do not retire until the end of the learning process and said they have many arguments to reason on.

“The SBASK is continuing with commitments and in close conversation with membership everywhere in Kosovo is carefully following the course of the learning process from a distance and supporting and encouraging them to testify, as in the years of occupation, even now in this difficult situation, in the service of education and education of”.

“From continued meetings from a distance with colleagues from Kosovo municipalities has been noted that the learning process from a distance is being successfully conducted by education workers and the famous teaching-parent triangle is also functioning well. To preserve this good flow of instruction from a distance, the SBASK has been addressed to the Minister of STATI, Hykmete Bajrami, with a request to issue a decision that education workers who have reached age do not retire until the end of the process of learning from a distance by offering him many arguments that reason on this request”.

This is the written request of the SBASK:

Honored Ministership enjoys the fact that education workers are committed and fortunately have quickly managed to adopt the way the learning process develops from a distance by being supported and maintaining continued communication with students and parents. In order for the far-reaching learning process to flow well, we address the prayer that the honored Minister Bajrami and Government make a decision that education workers who have reached age do not retire until the end of the education process from afar, if they continue with their work and engagement with their students.

This prayer is based on the fact that they've taken the lesson very closely and are in communication with students and parents and are well known to each other. If they retire, the learning process from far away will be hampered because in these new circumstances the process of recruiting new quarts is very difficult and days lost in anticipation of competition deadlines and there would also be problems in organising the work of writing and oral interview panels for competing candidates. So much more, the new cadres would find it very difficult to engage successfully in the learning process from a distance because they would be unknown to colleagues at that school and much more so for students with whom they would have to develop the learning process. They would also find it very difficult to create opportunities to communicate with their parents. All of this would create big problems for them in developing the learning process from a distance.
