On 23 March, the Constitutional Court has decided that the government of Kosovo's 23 March 2020 decision to limit the free movement of citizens is not in line with the Constitution, and to declare it invalid.
Raka has appreciated the need for political involvement in this coronary situation.
“Political war has damaged the fight against the Coronobrians. Many citizens think on April 13th-14, they have to go to work. No indeed! Laws are neither a Bible nor a cure for change. The goal must be to save human life”, Raka said at KTV.
According to microbiologist Raka, the priority is the health of Kosovo's citizens.
“These days will have increased cases”, he said.
Meanwhile, the Pristina Community's decision to close the squares, Raka called “very good news”.
