According to new guidelines published by the government that go into effect from April 15th, journalists and media employees are allowed circulation over 24 hours, in the function of fulfilling their duties.
Journalists, cameramen, photoporters and other media workers must carry I.D. with them all the time. Their work, which testifies to their professional commitment, reports the Association of Kosovo Journalists.
