In a Twitter post, he has announced that part of the discussion was also the aid and response to COVID-19 and the economy.
“As part of my contacts with Balkan political leaders, I spoke with President Aleksandar Vuciq today. We had good and constructive conversations, starting with dialogue, aid and response to COVID-19 and the economy. I look forward to working with my partners for all people in the Western Balkans”, Lajcak said.
Otherwise, Lajcak has previously exchanged letters with incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
The latter in his letter to the Slovak diplomat has also mentioned his constitutional obligation to lead the dialogue process, and his plan to establish a negotiating team.
Part of this negotiating team, according to Kurti, is President Hashim Thaci, incumbent Speaker of the Vjosa Osmani Assembly and representatives of all political subjects in Kosovo.
