Ladrovci to the Parliament: The law may be as rubber, but the Constitution does not

In an opinion published on the social network, the chairman of Drenas, Ramiz Ladrovci, about the Parliament's mandate, as a nonpolitical concern, has stressed: “situata currently gives the government's proposals in charge of re-assigning budgetary means, without dilemma, but this should happen with the approval of the Parliament”. Ladrovci has suggested that “if not [...]
Ladrovci has suggested that “if the Assembly is not operating, it is allowing “financial bloodblood”, for lack of co-ordination between the Government and the Assembly. The law can be as rubber, but the Constitution cannot!”
Ladrovci's mailing to fb:
My nonpolitical concerns for the Kosovo Assembly responsible for bringing major decisions on fighting the pirated 19 virus give the government as much as the Constitution gives it, but decisions exceeding its mandate as proposals should receive support from the Parliament.
Opposition positions should be in this situation together. Why the Assembly is allowing the Government in office the mandate that the constitution does not grant, such as changing the Law on the Budget. The redestining of the tools presented by the government for the financial package should receive the blessing of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament. The current situation gives the Government's proposals in charge of re-assigning budgetary means without dilemma, but this must happen with the approval of the Assembly.
MPs must be the ones who approve, however, in accordance with the pandemic situation. If the Assembly doesn't operate, it's allowing “financial blood flow”, due to a lack of co-ordination between the Government and the Assembly. The law may be as rubber, but the Constitution is not!
