The board and management of the Trepca metallurgy plant in the north continue to remain intact by the Kosovo government's <x0).
Neither has the Northern Trepca management law taken the attention of Kurti Government, which for two months in power downloaded boards and managements of major public enterprises in the country, including the board and the Trepca management in the south.
Trepca's metallural nation continues to be divided with two governing structures - south and north. The leading structure of the northern part of Trepca does not implement the decisions of the Government of Kosovo, nor the Trepca Law.
The two leaders of the public company “Shrapca” in the north have had problems with the law.
Director General Jovan Dimkiq and his deputy, Dragan Milenkovovic, are convicted of linking illegal contracts to the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo.
Dimkiq and Milenkovic have been sentenced to 5 May 2019 by the Mitrovica Court for misuse of office and official authority.
According to the prosecution's indictment, they had donated 17.42kg of refined lead worth 25.752.44 euros.
The charge in the indictment was said to have linked contracts to the representative of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Milija Arsovic, through the firm “dynamic Trade”, which was represented by Nenad Vucinjeviq, while prior to carrying and processing it in Sabac, Republika Serbia, where lead has been processed and then banned by the Customs Unit in Mitrovica.
