Kurt's adviser after he got caught changing his attitude: I forgot to read the text twice

Kurti's legal adviser, Durim Berisha, has given a ridiculous reason for his analysis written in July last year, under which it said the country's president could create a new government without even leading the country to elections in the event of collapse by a no-confidence motion. Berisha [...]
Durim Berisha, legal adviser to incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has made two different interpretations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo for a very short period of time.
In July of last year until it served Kurt, in a review published in “Koha Koha.net” had said that in the event of successful implementation of a no-confidence motion for a government, the country's president could decide to distribute the Parliament, but in his analysis it said that not even the possibility of the president trying to create a new government using the existing legislature is ruled out.

His interpretation of the Constitution and the same situation, Berisha has changed it for 180 degrees since he already serves Kurt as legal adviser.
Berisha says the new elections are indisputable, and he no longer mentions the possibility the president is allowed to create a new government without spreading the Parliament at all.

Express has reported on this scandalous slip of Kurt's adviser, until the latter has given one of the most ridiculous reasonings possible to have been heard in the last decade.
Only for part of his analysis in which he concluded that the president is not exempt from even the possibility of creating a new government without going to the elections, says it is unread and unfinished.
Moreover, in his ridiculous reasoning, Kurt's counselor also states a shocking fact. He says he doesn't reread his tests and writings at all.
“Whoever reads my opinion in 2019 (published in KOHA) understands that the paragraph quoted by “portali” is unread and unfinished. That is because I do not reread the texts I write to”, Berisha's reasoning on changing his position on the interpretation of the Kosovo Constitution says.
By July 2019, Berisha says there is no dilemma that elections are the only destination.
Otherwise, there is no dilemma that the elections are the only destination, as will be the prison for “the “mucllians” who handled judges' offices after 1600. Sovereign, and witnesses will speak their word. The first in the election, the second after the removal of the justice system”, concludes Berisha's reasoning.
Meanwhile, President Hashim Thaci has already decided to avoid new elections and try to create a new government using the existing legislature, just as concluded in last year's review of Durim Berisha, who currently serves as adviser to the incumbent prime minister.
Thaci today has sent letter to Kurti as the leader of the Vetevendosje Movement to send a mandate to establish the new government.
