Behram: Prosecutor Must Investigate Doubts on diaspora Votes

Through a Facebook post, Behram said that during the counting process, he has accepted complaints by numerators for open and suspicious envelopes, as well as claims on the possibility of manipulation of diaspora votes.

“Procuroria must investigate allegations on diaspora votes.
